Smell of natural gas inside of home: Evacuate everyone from inside the home. Leave immediately, without using the phone or operating any electrical sources, or device that could cause spark. Call your gas provider from a neighbors house, or other safe location. Call or send a request for service.
Leak coming up in yard: Locate water meter, shutoff valve on outlet side of meter. Call or send a request for service.
Leak coming from unknown interior area: Shut off water to house, if a/c is running turn it up to 82'. Call or send a request for service.
Leak coming from water heater: Shut off valve at inlet of water heater. Turn off energy source (gas or electricity). Call or send a request for service.
Toilet overflowing: Shut water supply valve off at inlet to toilet. Open sewer clean-out plug outside of home. Call or send a request for service.
Bubbling sounds coming from 1st floor drains: DO NOT RUN WATER UPSTAIRS as a possible sewer or drain stoppage is occurring. Open sewer clean-out plug outside of home. Call or send a request for service.
Kitchen sink stopped up: Open clean out plug on outside of home (if it is under sink DO NOT OPEN). Call or send a request for service.
Flame coming out of, or char marks on front of gas water heater: Shut off fuel source to water heater. Call or send a request for service.
